Welcome! I am glad that you are here.

I am Keina Ritenburgh, owner and sole practitioner at Anew Counseling and Wellness, PLLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work with patients in Oregon and Washington.

While my physical office location is in Vancouver, Washington, I am only offering telehealth visits at this time via telephone and secure video.

My Therapeutic Approach:

“I believe that we all have the power deep inside of us to make the changes that we want in our lives. Sometimes it just takes a little bit of extra support and a different perspective along the way. My counseling approach is one of care, compassion, and empathy. It is important to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my client, one that feels comfortable and free from judgment and shame. Therapy is an opportunity for expression, self-exploration, healing, and learning new skills and strategies to address the issues that are getting in your way. Taking care of your mental health is as important as your physical health.

The therapeutic interventions that I utilize most often are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Solutions-Focused therapy. I work with adults in the following areas: understanding and exploring emotions, anxiety, low self-esteem, increased stress, depression, difficulty adjusting to changes in life and career coaching/counseling.

In my free time I enjoy “chasing the sun,” traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with my family. Please utilize the contact page if you would like to know more about the services that I offer and/or to schedule a therapy appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!”
